1) What colour temperature should I choose?
For homes, 2700–3000K feels warm and relaxed, 4000K is clean and neutral for kitchens and bathrooms, and 5000K+ suits garages or task areas. Offices/retail usually prefer 4000K for clarity. We’ll help you keep it consistent across rooms.
2) Will LEDs work with my existing dimmers?
Only if both the dimmer and the LED drivers are compatible. If not, you’ll get buzz or flicker. We supply the right dimmers/drivers or rewire to two-stage switching where dimming isn’t essential.
3) Can you design a full lighting layout for a new build or renovation?
Yes. We plan circuiting, switching points, two-way/three-way control, lux levels for task areas, and emergency lighting where required. You’ll get a practical plan that electricians and builders can follow.
4) Are LED strip lights reliable?
They are when installed properly with quality drivers, aluminium channels (for heat dissipation) and decent connectors. We avoid cheap kits that fail early and specify gear that won’t sag, yellow or flicker.
5) What about security and outdoor lighting?
We install weather-rated fittings with proper earthing, motion sensors where useful, and dusk-to-dawn control for gates, driveways and perimeters. Cables and junctions are protected from rain and UV.
6) Do LED upgrades really save money?
